After collecting your Cycle from its FREE first safety check, you may in the future need to employ our proficient after sales service centre.
Like your car, Cycles require regular maintenance to keep them working at their best, which in the long term will mean less expense (Headsets Hubs etc. are expensive to replace ) and more importantly trouble free, pleasurable cycling.
we have recently been accredited with SHIMANO SERVICE CENTRE status.this involved the training of staff,an investment in the right tools as recomended by SHIMANO and stocking shimano components for sale and repairs.All repairs where replacement components are needed we will only use SHIMANO to guarantee quality and longevity.All components have a 1 year warranty!
Any company can retail bikes, but cycles are getting more advanced every year and to keep your ( Gears, Suspension, Pivot Points, Hydraulics) working smoothly you need experienced and fully trained staff, to work on your pride and joy.
We use and recommend the best lubricants, cleaners, degreasers and protective finishes.
Muc-off cleaners, disc brake cleaners and bike spray(polish)
White lightening wet and dry lubes, clean streak, possibly the strongest degreaser!

Safety is the main criteria on this service. Please ensure cycle is in a clean state, cycle can be cleaned for a £10.00 surcharge. All services EXCLUDE the cost of any parts needed. |

WHEELS:
Replace Bearings in Hubs + Re-grease Check + Oil Hub Body
STEERING:
Replace Bearings +Re-grease Check for Wear on Cups
DRIVECHAIN:
Remove + Regrease Bottom Bracket
Replace all Gear cables
Check Gears for Excessive Wear
Replace Worn out Chains. Rings etc. (if Necessary )
BRAKES:
Replace all Brake Cables
Remove Brakes and Grease Pivots Replace Pads if Required |

which includes all lubrication.
This service is for the regular off-roader, or commuter who uses their bikes at least once a week. Also for cycles 1+ year old.
Customers will be notified if any parts are required, other than cables or brake pads.
This service is designed to prolong the life of all components, by keeping them well greased and lubricated. Also to give trouble free cycling, to the regular user .
This service is recommended at least once a year .
Please ensure cycle is in a clean state. cycle can be cleaned for a £7.50 surcharge. |
PLATINUM SERVICE |
EVERYTHING IN BASIC AND GOLD SERVICE PLUS
Full Oil change in Hydraulics and suspension Forks Pivot Points checked and Greased
Full strip down and re-build of all components
Bike washed and de-greased.
Fully test ridden then re- indexed to take up cable stretch |
Cost:
£100.00
which includes all lubrication and fork oil.
This service is for high end cycles with hydraulic disc brakes, hydraulic front suspension systems and full suspension cycles, that require disc brake servicing, pivot points and front suspension servicing.
This service will make your bike look, feel and ride like new, and is recommended at least once a year to prolong the life of components, pivot points and suspension forks.
Customer will be notified if any parts are required other than brake pads. |
